The Process:
ULTRA PACKAGE

Step 1:

Place your order online and pay the $950 fixed legal fee.

Step 2:

Within 3 business days, we will complete your comprehensive trademark search and email you the results.

Step 3:

You will receive a phone consulation with a trademark attorney regarding the results of your search and the preparation of your trademark application.

Step 4:

A trademark attorney will prepare your trademark application and email it to you for review before filing.

Step 5:

Pay the USPTO filing fee of $350 per class of goods and/or services and, then, a tradmark attorney will file your trademark application with the USPTO.

  • We will perform a comprehensive federal, state and common law trademark search for similar pre-existing trademarks that could result in the denial of your application.
  • If the trademark search finds a potential conflict with your trademark, we will perform a second comprehensive trademark search for a different mark at no additional charge.
  • An opinion from a trademark attorney explaining your trademark search results.
  • Telephone consultation with a trademark attorney regarding your trademark application.
  • A trademark attorney will prepare and file your trademark application.
  • Free tracking and updates of your trademark application once filed with the USPTO.
  • Response to any non-substantive Office Action issued by the USPTO.
  • We mail you your trademark registration certificate once received from the USPTO.
